What to Expect with Financial Aid at Herzing University
For many students, one of the concerns for returning to school is the issue of financing their education. Herzing University takes this concern very seriously and has established a team that will help students develop a financial plan to pay for their education through a combination of scholarships, grants, loans, state benefits, military benefits, along with private and institutional funding, if applicable.
As a student, it is important to keep in mind that student aid programs are intended to supplement the resources of the student and their family and are not a means to pay all of the student's educational expenses. Student aid programs offer a way to bridge the gap between what the student and family can contribute and the cost of attending school.
Each location has a dedicated Financial Aid Department to help students understand the cost of their education and how to plan accordingly.

Exceptional or Unusual Circumstances
The process of determining financial aid eligibility is the same for all applicants based on the information listed in the FAFSA. However, there is some flexibility when students and/or their families experience significant changes in circumstances from the initial FAFSA filing in their ability to meet educational costs.
Review information on exceptional circumstances and how you may request a review.
